Wittman chose a former foundry for its Fuorisalone home, with a quartet of designs occupying the gallery space.
Among them Jaime Hayon sought to playfully reinterpret the classic sofa form with Kolinas. As with previous Hayon-Wittmann collaborations, the result is a collection of unique and characterful pieces.
Hayon’s typical flowing lines are brought to life by the piping detailing, tracing the sofa’s whimsical contours, while the upholstery accentuates the distinctive legs.
‘Cuddly, rounded and playful,’ is the official description.
