Beds and bedroom wholesaler FWG Sales has bought Millbrook Beds from its founding family.
The Croll family has sold the bed operations to FWG, owned by Andrew McClements and Jane Waugh.
Its other operations include cleaning, repairing and painting military vehicles and fitting flooring.
Bed operations saw average growth of 25.4% in the year to 30 June 2021, while Millbrook (UK) paid dividends of £4.7m, up from £1.7m. At the time it said it was on track to outperform the previous year.
