New chapter

Fermob has debuted its first sofa

Fermob8262

Fermob has started a fresh chapter and stepped into the living room withVoulez-Vous, its first sofa.

With its enveloping shape and soft curves, Voulez-Vous is designed to immediately create a feeling of comfort and welcome. Its armrests form a stylised leaf – a subtle nod to Fermob’s early outdoor collections – while its metal base brings visual lightness and graphic balance.

Designed to look elegant from every angle, whether placed in the centre of a room or against a wall, it aims to be the centrepiece of the living room, inviting you to slow down, welcome others, share a moment or simply enjoy being at home.

Voulez-Vous is available with a high degree of personalisation, helped by its French production. Fabrics, metal leg colours, tone-on-tone or contrasting piping options combine to give 44 possible combinations, so everyone can create a sofa that reflects their own style, from subtle harmony to a more expressive play on contrasts.

By comparing the prototype with the completed design, Fermob – best known for its outdoor furniture and lighting – was able to assess the environmental impact of each technical choice. The result is a 44% reduction in the environmental footprint of Voulez-Vous, based in particular on a lighter structure, using a combination of bio-based foam made with castor oil and pocket springs, and the choice of a 100% recycled polyester fabric. The covers are removeable.

Voulez-Vous has two complementary poufs: a large rectangular model and a circular pouf. Soft silhouettes and carefully worked 360deg finishes allow them to fit freely into every living space. Used as a footrest, extra seat or coffee table, they adapt naturally to everyday life and share the same standards of quality, comfort and durability as the sofa: French manufacturing, eco-designed structure, fully removable covers and a wide choice of personalisation options. Available in the same fabrics, piping and leg colours, they can be used to create a harmonious set or to introduce a bold contrast into the living room.
