Parador has recruited Neel Bradham as ceo and md.
Bradham spent the past four years at Milliken, including 21 months as vice president and general manager, Americas, running the company’s US, Canada and Latin America operations.
Prior to that he was senior vice president, international business and global strategy at Mohawk, responsible for the flooring giant’s non-US and Canada operations.
Bradham’s career has also included time as an investment banker and venture capital partner.
