Parador hires industry heavyweight

Parador has recruited Neel Bradham as ceo and md.

Prior to that he was senior vice president, international business and global strategy at Mohawk, responsible for the flooring giant’s non-US and Canada operations.

Bradham’s career has also included time as an investment banker and venture capital partner.

‘We are very happy to have a leader of Neel’s calibre and exposure at the helm at Parador, particularly now when we are on an exciting journey towards making Parador a truly global company and one of the most admired interiors and flooring brands. We are seeking accelerated growth by deepening our brand presence in our existing markets and also building new international markets for our high quality, design led products. A relentless consumer orientation in our products, designs and services coupled with an agile organisation that is hungry for growth will be key to our success,’ says Akshat Seth, md and ceo of Parador parent HIL International.
