Underlay producer Ball & Young has promoted Mark Townend from regional manager north to sales director.
Townend has spent the past 16 years in the flooring industry, first at Interfloor, before joining Ball & Young in 2013 as area manager.
Meanwhile, F Ball has appointed Luca Nicotra (pictured) as southern England retail representative.
