We’re a close-knit, friendly team at our West Wickham store, and we’re looking for an experienced Retail Sales Manager to help our store manager, Paul.
It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and loves providing excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities
- Understanding customer’s requirements, and assisting them to select the ideal carpet for their needs.
- Arranging for our estimators to make visits to take measurements and provide quotations.
- Following up on orders to ensure deliveries arrive as required. Sending orders and other paperwork to head office.
- Taking in deliveries as necessary.
- Arranging work for the fitters.
- Looking after the general running of the store.
