Rimadesio sees sales rise

Furniture manufacturer Rimadesio has seen sales grow in the first half of the year.

The company says turnover has risen by 2.7% in the period, reaching €43m.

This compared with €86m in 2024, when it generated EBITDA of €11.7m from sales of €86m.

‘The results achieved confirm the stability of our industrial model, based on a long-term vision and continuous investments in innovation and sustainability. For the thirtieth consecutive year, our financial statements have shown a profit: today more than ever, we believe that true value is built through cutting-edge, energy-efficient and low environmental impact production facilities, but also through constant attention to people and a short, traceable and responsible supply chain. This path has allowed us to grow in a way that is consistent with our values and with the expectations of a market that is increasingly sensitive to quality, transparency and business ethics,’ says Luigi Malberti, Rimadesio cfo.

Following openings in New Delhi, Hanoi, Warsaw, Chișinău, Palma de Mallorca, Vigo and Bilbao, Rimadesio plans to continue the expansion of it monobrand stores in the second half of this year, including Naples, Cosenza, Rome, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dubai and Nanchang. It will also open a managed flagship store in Miami.

‘Rimadesio products draw their identity from a constant commitment to innovation, both technically and aesthetically. The encouraging results of the first half of the year can be partially attributed to our collection’s ability to adapt to different design needs. Another of our strengths lies in our materials: today, we offer 388 finishings across all products in our collection. This range is designed to meet the evolving tastes of our international clientele, and this year alone we have presented 74 finishings, including leather, fabrics, hides, and resins made from recycled natural materials,’ says Davide Malberti, Rimadesio ceo.
