Stores in Scotland get re-opening date

Interiors stores in Scotland will be able to re-open from 5 April, but work in customers’ homes will have to wait.

Homeware stores will be able to re-open but working in people’s home will not be permitted until 26 April.

Shoppers will not be able to leave their local authority area until 26 April, under the Scottish Government’s latest schedule of easing restrictions.

Garden centres are also among businesses allowed to re-open on 5 April.

26 April could also see remaining retailers re-open.
