Boffi Group is to merge its three furniture brands into one company by the end of the year.
Boffi, De Padova and ADL will become a single entity, but the group says they will retain their individual identity. The combined group will be renamed Boffi|DePadova.
Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom manufacturer Boffi bought upholstery and lighting brand De Padova in 2015 and purchased partition company ADL four years later as part of its Way of Living expansion strategy.
‘Each brand will continue to express its distinctive identity and creative talents within its respective collections. This move allows greater efficiencies and operational synergies and fulfils the aim of accelerating the international development of the project,’ it says.
