Wren Kitchens has spent a seven figure sum refurbishing a seven year old showroom.
The country’s largest kitchen retailer has invested the money transforming its Swansea showroom with more than 70 new kitchen displays and virtual reality.
The 31,160sqft showroom on the city’s Enterprise Park, is the largest kitchen showroom in Wales, and the retailer saw former Swansea City striker Lee Trundle cut the ribbon to officially open the refurbished store.
The move has createdseven new jobs.
Refurbishment work included the complete reconfiguration of the mezzanine floor with open-plan design suites, a virtual reality area and a new concept: Apollo Space, which showcases the choice of infinite storage solutions in a singular display.
‘We’ve been part of the Swansea community since 2014, and it’s exciting that we’re continuing to invest in the area by offering our customers a completely new state-of-the-art experience. Our showroom looks absolutely outstanding after months of transforming it to the highest standards, and it was a great feeling to see our first customers walk through the doors and see their reactions as they walk in,’ says Sian Cunningham, showroom manager.
The showroom also showcases Wren’s brand new bespoke Xena Quartz and Luxury Laminate dining tables, as well as its naturally inspired flooring range.
