Headlam has begun the search for another senior executive, after cfo Adam Phillips said he was leaving.
Phillips will join £1.6bn brewer C& C Group, owner of the Tennent’s, Bulmers and Blackthorn brand and drinks distributor Matthew Clark after a handover period.
He joined the flooring distributor in March 2023 and earned £342,800 in 2024.
