Soft furnishings group Esselle Retail has bought rival Belfield Home.
The group says the deal ‘marks a new chapter for Belfield Home as Esselle seeks to build on the brand’s legacy while enhancing its trade partnerships and expanding its made-to-measure product offering. Under Esselle ownership, the brand will continue to focus on delivering premium, made-to-measure solutions, while improving trade services and expanding product ranges to better support industry partners.’
‘As a business deeply invested in home interiors, we see tremendous potential in Belfield Home,’ says Suraj Lalvani, Esselle ceo. ‘We are committed to strengthening relationships with trade customers, enhancing service levels, and ensuring that Belfield Home continues to deliver the high-quality, British-made window solutions that professionals rely on.’
‘We want to work closely with our trade customers to understand their needs and provide the best possible product and service solutions,’ says Alan Jamieson, Esselle head of sales. ‘This is an exciting opportunity to build a stronger, more dynamic Belfield Home.’
