The role includes:
- Assisting customers in-store, by phone and email
- Providing product advice and processing sales
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming showroom
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Experienced in retail or sales (flooring experience an advantage, not essential)
