The Cotswold Company’s parent company is has hired advisors to look at the long-term sale plan of the company.
Investment firm True Capital recently appointed Arrowpoint Advisory, according to Sky News.
Arrowpoint bought the retailer in 2016.
TCC saw sales jump by 30% in the six months to 30 August, along with hgher margins and came after a record full-year performance.
